Payments/Reservations

To hold a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total balance is required.  The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.  Payments can be made with checks, money orders, or credit cards.  To pay by check, make check out to Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways (please include the house you are renting and the dates on the check) and mail to:

To make a payment using your credit card or PayPal account, contact us for payment amount, then click on the PayPal link below to make secure online payments.  Simply enter the payment amount and then follow the instructions.  (The prompt for non-PayPal users is on the left side of the payment screen and underlined).  You will receive email confirmation of your payments and reservations.

Security/Damage Deposit

A $300 security deposit or a credit card on file is required with your reservation. Upon check out, the property will be inspected and any loss, damages, or additional cleaning required may be subtracted from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure.  We do not expect to keep any of your deposit, but rather require it to ensure protection of the homes and contents.  Damage due to normal wear and tear will be excluded.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A full refund will be given for cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival date.  There are no refunds for cancellations made after that, however, we will try to work with you to reschedule. 10% SERVICE FEE ON ALL REFUNDS

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at the discretion of the home owners at many of our homes.  There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee if you bring your pet.  Pets must be house broken and when outside be kept on a leash.  You MUST make arrangements with us if you are interested in bringing pets along.  Please be responsible for your pets and do not let them on the furniture and clean up after them.  Pets must be crated when unattended.

Hurricane Policy

In 2005 the TX coast was threatened with many hurricanes.  Thankfully, Rockport was not directly affected by any of them.  We have based our policy on our 2005 experience:  We do not offer refunds for bad weather or the threat of a hurricane.  We do offer a full refund or reschedule of dates lost if there is an official evacuation of the area.  We will make every effort to work with you if the situation arises.  Our customers who were affected by hurricane Rita were given refunds or rescheduled.
