Security Deposit

In place of the traditional security deposit which can tie up hundreds of dollars on your credit card, we now offer a damage waiver fee.  This $30 non-refundable fee will cover you for up to $1200 worth of accidental damage at a property that you reserve.   Please be advised that intentional damage and gross negligence are not covered by the damage waiver fee and you will be charged for damage of this nature.  

We appreciate if you report to us any damage that occurs while you are staying at one of our properties so that we can schedule maintenance to correct the problem.
