We fell in love with Miss Kitty's and as soon as we got back, we made reservations for July for a family vacation with our kids. This is a very peaceful and restful place and Chris and Dawn are wonderful and so helpful.

The fishing was awesome. We caught a little bit of everything, from skip jacks to specs. For the first time in a long time we did not catch catfish. One of the best things was sitting on the back deck watching the dolphins. You have fantastic facilities, and this has been one of the most enjoyable and productive fishing trips we have had."

This wasn't exactly what I had expected - It was much, much more - Loved the house, location, and best of all, the neighbors. This beats the shores of Arizona, Thank you very much !

The Perch House was absolutely wonderful. We were very pleased with the property. The house was extremely well stocked, catering to both the young and the old. The ping pong table was a real hit with teenagers and the adults. There was an abundance of toys for the smaller children also. It was very peaceful and quiet and really worked well when the entire family was together celebrating Mom and Dad's anniversary....Overall the trip was great!"

What an awesome house! The furnishings, appliances & decor are exceptional...not what I would expect from a rent house. We had a wonderful time fishing under the lights. Caught trout and a 32" red during our three night stay... We will be back!"
