Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways has waterfront homes and condos that have reduced rates for the winter months.  All of our homes are fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens and include your electricity, water, cable, and trash pickup.

To make a reservation, there is a 50% deposit of the total amount due.  The balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.  There is no hotel tax due on rentals for 30 days or longer.  A one time cleaning fee will apply to all monthly rentals.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Monthly Winter Reservations

This policy applies only to monthly winter reservations.  A full refund will be given for cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival date.  There is a 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival date. There are no refunds for cancellations made after that unless we are able to rebook your dates. 10% SERVICE FEE ON ALL REFUNDS

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at the discretion of the home owners at many of our homes.  There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee if you bring your pet.  Pets must be house broken and when outside be kept on a leash.  You MUST make arrangements with us if you are interested in bringing pets along.  Please be responsible for your pets and do not let them on the furniture and clean up after them.  Pets must be crated when unattended.
