Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: During these uncertain times, Miss Kitty's wants you to feel comfortable moving forward with your summer plans. We have modified our standard cancellation policy to help ease your mind. Book now with 50% down and cancel for any reason up to 14 days before your check in date and receive a full refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Final payments will not be processed until 14 days prior to check in. This policy will be valid for all bookings that begin in 2021.
Book a Laguna Reef studio or one bedroom condo and cancel for any reason up to 7 days before your check in to receive a full refund less a $35 cancellation fee.
Q: What is your hurricane policy?
A: There are not refunds due to inclement weather including hurricanes. We will only refund if there is a mandatory evacuation by the National Weather Service for Aransas County and only for the dates of the evacuation. We offer travel insurance that not only protects you against hurricane losses at your destination home, but also at your place of residence. Please look over the Rental Guardian policy that we offer to see if it is right for you.
