Blue Pearl

Blue Pearl is a spectacular coastal home located on a canal leading out into Copano Bay. You are guaranteed to enjoy beautiful canal views and great fishing from the private dock. There is also a 1000-watt sport fishing light. Relax by the water or challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of corn hole. Bring your camera and binoculars if you are a wildlife enthusiast! There is an abundance of ducks and various species of birds. The way Blue Pearl is situated, you are able to enjoy the magnificent sunrises and the majestic sunsets every day during your stay.

There is a charcoal BBQ grill, and plenty of seating to experience bay breezes. Blue Pearl is also a pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs both under 20 pounds. Don't forget your kennel as we do ask that you kennel your dogs while you are out of the house.

Inside the house you will find a nicely decorated living room that will be sure to leave you feeling like you’re still on the beach. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room as well as access to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with icemaker, toaster, Keurig Coffee maker and dishwasher. This large open kitchen will make cooking a breeze during your stay. The dining room table has great views and seating for up to six while the breakfast bar seats another four.

A washer and dryer along with 10 towels, washcloths and linens will be provided for your convenience. There is parking for up to four or five cars.

This home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has cute beach décor, a king-sized bed, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second and third bedrooms each are nicely decorated and have queen sized beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen and two twin beds.

Blue Pearl is only a short drive away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience.

Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping at our local shops located in the Rockport Hertiage Disctrict on Austin Street and an evening walking along the water. You can also enjoy fresh fish while watching the sunset over the bay at one of Rockport’s many tasty seafood restaurants.
