Frisco Flats is a beautiful home overlooking Copano Bay. Fantastic fishing is right out your backdoor! Two sport fishing lights shine out on the bay for fishing from the 50-foot private pier and along the rocky shore. The upper deck is perfect for relaxing and watching the fishermen down below.
The interior is clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for comfortably sleeping or 8 people. The living room is beautifully decorated with modern coastal decor and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has all new appliances, tile counter tops, and a bar that seats 3 people. The dining room table seats up to 6 people and has amazing views of Copano Bay.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cable tv, and a private bath with a large tub and walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has queen size bed and access to the hallway bathroom. The third bedroom is downstairs and has a twin bed and a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom a television with Netflix, no cable and another bathroom. This is a fun room that is perfect for kids or teens! Please note that this house has an interior spiral staircase that may not be suitable for some people or children.
View year-round sunsets over Copano Bay from the large back deck! There is a downstairs covered patio with a bar and entertaining area plus a Texas sized BBQ grill. This is the perfect area for relaxing by the water's edge. Tons of fish have been caught at Frisco Flats- redfish, trout, black drum, flounder and more!
You're just minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Market Street and an evening walking along the water. You can also enjoy fresh fish while watching the sunset over the bay at one of Rockport’s many tasty seafood restaurants.
